1. How do I view a five day forecast within the WeatherEye widget?
With WeatherEye open, click on the application. This will expand the application to show a five day forecast for the city you are watching weather for. To view the current temperature only, click the application again. This will collapse the application and provide only today's weather information.
I would like to view weather information on a different city. How can I do this with the WeatherEye for Mac?
Open WeatherEye from your dashboard. Point your mouse over the application and you will notice an icon at the bottom right of the WeatherEye. Click on this to go to the options page. Here you can choose the region and then enter in the city you would now like weather information on. Once you have chosen your city, click the Save button. The new city weather information is now available.
3. Can the temperature information be shown in either Fahrenheit or Celsius?
You can view the temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius by going to the options page and selecting the temperature unit you would like to view your weather.
4. How do I change the language preferences of my WeatherEye?
In the options menu (accessed by clicking the icon near the bottom right of the WeatherEye application), select the language bar and choose the language for your WeatherEye. Currently WeatherEye is only available in either French or English.
5. I would like to view the 5 day lows for my city. How do I show this information using WeatherEye?
Open WeatherEye to access the options menu. Here you will find a check box that allows you to see the 5 day lows for the city you are watching. Select the box and click the save button to save your changes. You will now see the 5 day lows in light blue under the forecasted high temperatures for your city.
6. Where can I access information on Maps, Roads, Travel and weather alerts?
On the options page near the bottom right of the screen you will see links that will take you to www.theweathernetwork.com to find more information on maps, road, travel and weather alerts.

8. Can I view weather information on more then one city?
To can view weather information on multiple cities by adding additional WeatherEye widgets to your dashboard.
9. How do I install the WeatherEye Widget for Mac OSX Dashboard?
To start the download of the widget, click the download button located on the WeatherEye download page located at: www.theweathernetwork.com/inter/weathercentre/desktop/.
After installation, the widget icon should now show up on your widget bar. To launch the WeatherEye widget, double-click the icon on the dashboard, click “install” to place the widget onto the dashboard and then click “keep” to give permission to run the application. The WeatherEye widget is now running on your dashboard.
10. How do I remove the WeatherEye widget?
To remove a widget from Dashboard, be sure that the Widget Bar is displayed, and then click the unwanted widget's close button (the round, black button with a white X). This will remove the WeatherEye widget from your dashboard.
