LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL QUICKLY DEVELOP TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY AS THE COLD AIR MOVES OVER THE WARMER WATERS OF LAKE ERIE. MOISTURE FROM LAKE HURON COULD ALSO ENHANCE THE SNOW SHOWERS AND LEAD TO SOME INTENSE BANDS OF SNOW TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY ACROSS FOR ASHTABULA COUNTY IN OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. INTERSTATES 90 AND 79 WILL LIKELY BE IMPACTED BY SNOW SQUALLS.* WIND CHILL...WIND CHILLS WILL DIP BELOW MINUS 10TO MINUS 15 TONIGHT. WIND CHILLS MAY BRIEFLY CLIMB ABOVE MINUS 10 ON SATURDAY BUT WILL FALL BACK BELOW MINUS 10 SATURDAY NIGHT. * IMPACTS...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS CAN RESULT IN FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA IN MINUTES. FRIGID TEMPERATURES COULD FREEZE WATER PIPES. * WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH. * TEMPERATURES...LOWS TONIGHT FROM ZERO TO 5 ABOVE WITH HIGHS SATURDAY FROM 10 TO 15 DEGREES.
