THE HEAVIEST SNOWS WILL FALL ROUGHLY NEAR AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM WATERLOO, TO CORTLAND TO NORWICH TO ONEONTA. SOUTH OF THIS LINE, SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL DROP OFF SHARPLY. * TIMING...THROUGH THIS EVENING. LAKE SNOWS WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT BUT WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN WITH TIME. * IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. * WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH. * TEMPERATURES...IN THE TEENS TODAY, FALLING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS TONIGHT.
