HOUSES NEARHIGHWAY 84 ALONG RIVER WILL SEE WATER BEGIN TO ENCROACH THEIRYARDS. CATTLE THAT WANDER ACROSS THE RIVER AT LOWER FLOWS WILL BETRAPPED ON THE OTHER SIDE.
