A moistening airmass combined with an approaching low pressure system from the American Midwest is forecast to bring some freezing rain Tuesday morning. It will likely begin as some patchy freezing drizzle overnight Monday night. Freezing Rain Warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces.
