A low pressure system is developing over the Southern U.S. Great plains. It will track up toward Pennsylvania tonight and become a major storm over New England Wednesday. Along the Appalachians, 25 centimetres of snow is forecast, while the Upper St. Lawrence will see at least 15. Snow will be accompanied by strong northeast winds causing widespread blowing snow. Adjust your travel plans accordingly and check road conditions before leaving.
