An intense low pressure system near Nova Scotia will reach Newfoundland this evening. The storm has now ended over Southwestern Quebec but is still affecting Central and Eastern Quebec. Conditions will improve gradually from west to east today. Plan your travels and check road conditions before heading out. Very cold temperatures and moderate winds will generate wind chill values near -39 overnight tonight in the Manicouagan area.
