A low pressure system over Labrador, will continue to move northward this morning. Westerly winds will reach up to 90 km/h over the Lower North Shore. These winds are causing blowing snow and even blizzard conditions over several areas. Weather conditions will improve over the next 12 hours. Adjust your travel plans accordingly and check road conditions before heading out. Meanwhile, very cold temperatures combined with moderate to strong winds give wind chill values near -39 over Central Quebec early this morning.
