Moreover, westerly winds reaching up to 100 km/h will affect the Gaspé Peninsula coast and Anticosti Island beginning midday, giving blizzard conditions into Monday. Plan your travels and check road conditions before heading out. Meanwhile, very cold temperatures combined with moderate to strong winds will give wind chill values near -39 over Northwestern Quebec this morning and over Central Quebec beginning tonight.
