Strong winds that may cause damage are expected or occurring. A major low pressure system over the Great Lakes is tracking toward Northern Quebec while intensifying. Strong southwest winds will develop in the St Lawrence Valley overnight tonight. Winds will reach up to 90 km/h late in the night and on Tuesday morning over the above-mentionned areas.Details
