Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow is expected or occurring in some locations. An intensifying area of low pressure is forecast to track east of Labrador tonight before moving away from the area Tuesday. Snow tonight combined with very strong winds gusting to 90 km/h will result in blowing snow and reduced visibilities between the overnight hours and Tuesday afternoon.Details
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Weather Advisories for blowing snow are issued when winds are expected to create blowing snow giving poor visibility to 800 metres or less for at least 3 hours.
