Snowfall Warning

Summary

Snowfall, with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm continues. Snow will end in the Peace River and Wabasca region this evening and Peace River reported 13 cm of snow today. Regions to the east and southeast will see rain changing to snow heavy at times this evening and overnight. With temperatures near zero there will be a large variability in snowfall amounts. The greatest accumulations will be in the 10 to 20 cm range but areas that are slightly warmer will see much less. Snow will end on Wednesday evening in the Slave Lake and Westlock regions. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Environment Canada meteorologists will update alerts as required.
